Workrise is hiring a Customer Success Intern responsible for executing customer compliance and formulating a report of the client service level as it pertains to our time capture. Our ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven self-starter.

Internship Details:

  • Hybrid internship (in-office attendance at our downtown Austin office location on 2-4 days each week)
  • Internship Dates: June 3 - August 2, 2024

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project execution on Client Requirements and Service Models 
    • Investigating compliance and training requirements at the client level to resolve discrepancies.
    • Working with the client compliance execution team to improve processes and data management and process gatekeeping.
    • Coordinating a report of the variations in our service model on a client level by discovering nuances in time capture at the customer level.  Create data-backed recommendations for standardization. 
    • Data discovery in internal requirements, for example: independent contractor agreement execution % to help mitigate legal risk. 
    • Potential to speak with current customers in the oil and gas field 
  • Presentation of the results of the project to cross-functional stakeholders and peers
  • Executing ad-hoc tasks for cross-functional stakeholders

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems
  • Comfortable working with limited direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards seeking clarification and assistance when needed
  • Consistent track record for building strong working relationships with peers
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while working consistently on tasks that may be repetitive or tedious in nature

Additional experience preferred, but not required:

  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, or other similar fields.
  • Experience working with large datasets (thousands of rows) across multiple systems
  • Zendesk experience

Essential Job Functions:

  • Regular, on-time attendance
  • This is a hybrid role and requires attendance in the downtown Austin, TX office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
  • Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
