We are a SaaS, Cloud-Based Managed File Transfer platform that enables organizations to securely transfer, share, and store files. Now, we are looking for a Marketing Designer and Developer to join our Marketing Team, focusing on optimizing conversion rates, maximizing lead generation, and building marketing-driven user experiences.

This role blends design, development, and marketing strategy, making it perfect for someone who thinks like a marketer and understands how design drives revenue. Agency experience is a big plus.

Tight-Knit Fun-Loving Team: You will be joining a fun-loving team that works together very closely.

We travel for regular in-person meetings with the team and the entire company to meet and work together face to face. These meetings are in cities around the US, including Scottsdale, Austin, Orlando, New Orleans, San Diego, Las Vegas, and New York City.

You’ll work on the design and front-end development of our marketing site, landing pages, and conversion funnels, ensuring an optimized user journey.

Our marketing websites and applications are built with React and Gatsby, giving you the opportunity to work with modern front-end technologies while focusing on UX/UI best practices.

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop marketing website pages, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize leads and revenue.

Create high-converting user journeys using Figma, prototypes, and A/B testing methodologies.

Implement UI changes directly in React, HTML, CSS, and JS to improve user experience.

Optimize for SEO, page speed, and accessibility to drive traffic and engagement.

Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior to refine designs and boost conversions.

Develop and maintain a design system that ensures brand consistency across marketing assets.

Collaborate closely within the Marketing team to align design and development with business goals.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in website design and front-end development.

Strong experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create and iterate on designs.

Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing UI changes.

A marketer’s mindset – understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and user engagement strategies.

Experience designing and developing for SaaS or B2B applications.

Hands-on experience optimizing website performance, SEO, and A/B testing.

Experience working in or with a marketing agency is a plus!

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects with measurable results.
