ABOUT THIS ROLE
Zogo is currently seeking a focused and highly-motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. Zogo has reached over 250+ partnerships because of our fast-paced, team-oriented attitude. Our mission is to make finance fun, simple, and social while building meaningful relationships between financial institutions and their communities.
The Marketing Ops Specialist will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to manage day-to-day marketing activities while bringing your creativity and drive to further initiatives in the future.

You'll be responsible for:
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Support the development and management of automated campaigns and lead nurturing programs
- Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
- Identifying effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms for relaying product messages to customers
- Evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics
- Creating innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present recommendations to management
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior leadership
- Assisting with outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization and content development
- Project management and support as-needed for marketing team projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance marketing operations
- Support and execute on lead generation initiatives as determined by senior marketing leaders
- Support ad-hoc marketing requests for internal teams as needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, startup experience a plus!
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (i.e. HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Product marketing experience preferred but not required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HubSpot required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for our audiences
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems
- Deep interest and practical understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN) and their role in driving marketing success
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design
