We’re looking for a creative and strategic Campaign Manager to evolve our demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B marketing and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact ABM campaigns that accelerate new business acquisition and strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement and pipeline growth within key accounts.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning and execution to performance tracking and optimization.
- Craft compelling campaign assets, including copy, landing pages, and personalization tactics, and collaborate with the Content team to recommend assets that align with audience needs.
- Monitor and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Operations, and our external performance agency, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using A/B testing, segmentation, and industry best practices to enhance performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, a focus on growth or performance marketing a plus (experience marketing to Media & Entertainment is a huge plus).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic, data-driven campaign strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and execute at an operational level, acting as owner of your domain.
- Knowledge of common MarTech tools, primarily Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
Compensation & Benefits
- The starting salary range for this role is $115,000-$125,000 with a 10% annual bonus potential.
- Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid company holidays, Safe Harbor 401(k) with employer matching, continuing education stipend, fitness incentive, and a 3-week paid sabbatical after your 5th anniversary.
