Senior Manager, Brand & Communications - Job Description

WHO WE NEED:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Manager of Brand and Communications to lead and elevate our brand identity and communications strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and strategy, with the ability to oversee teams responsible for web design, web development, and graphic design. This leader will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and driving engagement with our target audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B content and brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies
- Strong expertise in brand management, including experience with brand positioning, messaging, and identity development
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance results
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of asset formats, channels, and best practices
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content and brand strategy and decision making
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and communications strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including content creators, web designers, web developers, videographer, and graphic designers.
- Oversee the creation of all content, ensuring it aligns with HCSS' brand voice and supports marketing initiatives, including demand generation, thought leadership, product launches, and customer success stories.
- Directly manage the relationship with our PR firm to secure regular, high impact earned media.
- Drive the visual identity of HCSS by leading graphic design efforts, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, both internally and externally
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and executive teams, to align brand messaging with company objectives.
- Manage and improve the user experience (UX) and visual appeal of the company website, ensuring optimal performance and design.
- Work closely with web developers to optimize engagement and ensure timely and accurate execution of web updates, new features, and site improvements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for design, content production, and brand development projects.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and leadership to set KPIs and reporting mechanisms for content effectiveness, ensuring ROI and alignment with broader marketing and business objectives
