Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, and other US locations. About the Role

Udemy is seeking an innovative Program Manager, Instructor Strategy to join our team within the larger Instructor & Content Strategy department. This role will help leverage Udemy’s strategic advantage - its top instructors - to support business growth and customer engagement objectives. The primary focus is to facilitate strategic collaborations between instructors and key customer accounts in order to demonstrate Udemy's unique value proposition as a learning marketplace and support our go-to-market (GTM) teams in retaining and growing our largest enterprise accounts.

About you

As an Program Manager, Instructor Strategy you will help to develop and iteratively improve the Udemy Instructor Collaborations program by working cross-functionally with instructors, Marketing, Customer Success, and other partner teams. You will manage all components of the program including instructor identification, stakeholder communication, timeline management, feedback collection, and reporting on program performance. You will learn what works, try new approaches, and continually improve the way we ensure timely and impactful program execution. This is a quickly growing high-impact program with direct impact on Udemy’s top level objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring good outcomes for all stakeholders (instructors, customers, and Udemy)
  • Define and use qualitative and quantitative data to measure program success and continually improve while we scale 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with  internal cross-functional partners and instructors
  • Report on key  program results and document opportunities for process and program improvements

What you'll have:

  • You have a proven ability to navigate challenges and uncover innovative solutions to support program objectives
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs
  • You are organized and excel at managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines 
  • You’re a structured thinker with excellent communication skills who is able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights 
  • You have proven customer management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with program management, coordination, design and/or development
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer facing role
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Jira, and Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Business Intelligence tools, or similar

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.

Hiring Compensation Range

$86,000$108,000 USD
