Position Overview:

We are seeking a Head of AI Solutions to start and lead our newly formed internal AI tools team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of developing and implementing AI-driven strategies and tooling to significantly reduce operational costs by automating repetitive tasks and processes. This cost-efficiency will enable us to reinvest in research, development, and growth. They will also explore innovative ways to leverage AI to create value for our clients, keeping Luxury Presence at the forefront of AI trends and solutions in the real estate technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing AI Solutions team that will help own the company’s AI strategy, infrastructure, and tools.
  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Design, develop, or buy AI-based solutions that reduce manual labor across all departments, radically altering our cost structure.
  • Innovation: Identify novel AI applications that provide additional value to clients, enhancing their experience and our offerings.
  • Strategic Guidance: Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and regulations. Educate and influence stakeholders, evangelizing AI’s potential across the company.
  • Cost Management: Consistently make smart build vs. buy decisions, ensuring that AI investments align with business goals and return on investment.
  • Risk Management & Tinkering: Create a culture of experimentation and risk-tolerance, embracing the rapid deployment of AI and being comfortable with replacing manual work with automated solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a leadership role focused on AI, automation, or similar technical functions.
  • Expertise in AI technology, machine learning, and AI infrastructure with the ability to apply these in real-world business scenarios.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI-driven solutions to broader business goals, particularly in cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Experience making strategic build vs. buy decisions, particularly for go-to-market tooling or internal operations automation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A bias for action, willingness to take risks, and enjoy tinkering with new ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead thought leadership initiatives and evangelize AI adoption across a company.
  • Experience in the SaaS or real estate industries.
  • Previous experience in starting or scaling an AI tooling team from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with AI regulations and compliance.
