The impact you will have  


The Growth Operations Manager will play a pivotal role on the Growth Marketing team that will support marketing platform operations & cross-functional marketing analysis. This role will be responsible for email marketing, lead funnel analysis, and marketing platform strategies.


On a daily basis, you will


The average day for this role will consist of monitoring & analyzing the lead funnel, executing email marketing campaigns and implementing growth platform strategies to drive pipeline. The Growth Operations Manager will continuously work to improve existing GTM operations, identify areas for improvement within existing GTM campaigns and optimize the email marketing experience. This role will act as the liaison between the Marketing Operations, Campaigns, Performance Marketing, and Demand generations teams when it comes to platform strategies & funnel optimization.

The skills you will demonstrate

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics and/or demand generation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing GTM platform strategies (Drift, 6sense, SalesLoft, LeanData)
  • Experience in email marketing, Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze lead funnel data and derive actionable insights
  • Data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of SQL

  • The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible to change, willing to collaborate with other SMEs across multiple departments without losing sight of the end goal & willing to lead from the front and remove obstacles in the way of execution as applicable. Additionally, the ideal candidate would exemplify the following traits:
