Job Description:
The FP&A team at Pluralsight is hiring an Analyst to join their team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will help drive modeling and reporting related to our strategic initiatives and transform the way we inform business decisions in supporting our customers. You will work closely with the Go to Market FP&A team, in addition you will also work with the Sales and Success Strategy and Operations teams. Further, you will continue to create and improve the financial reporting, modeling, planning, and forecasting used to support the Go To Market business.

What you'll do:

  • Reporting and modeling of ARR, Bookings, Retention, and Consolidated Snowball
  • Support the GTM FP&A team with reporting on spend to budget, forecasts, and other budget-related items
  • Detailed management of the ARR Snowball model in Anaplan;including scrubbing data for accuracy, reporting actual results, aligning on treatment with the Operations teams, and making weekly forecast updates
  • Detailed management of the Revenue model in Anaplan; including weekly forecast updates, reporting on actual revenue performance, and creating annual plans
  • Ad-hoc requests that come from the Sales and Success Strategy and Operations teams


Experience you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other analytics-related fields
  • 2-5 years in SaaS FP&A
  • Attention to detail and a focus on confirming accuracy of reporting and forecasting
  • Budget management and reporting experience
  • Excel and GSuite chops
  • Complex model building experience and a knack for solving problems


Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Experience with Anaplan, Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite and/or Tableau is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to receive directions related to tasks and then manage ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical mindset and ability to dive deep into multiple data sources and confirm alignment and accuracy
  • Proficiency and prior experience with SaaS drivers and metrics preferred, but not required


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $66,900 - $82,500 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
