ABOUT THIS ROLE
Zogo is currently seeking a focused, highly motivated, full-time Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. Zogo has reached over 250+ partnerships because of our fast-paced, team-oriented attitude. We don't set goals to meet them, we set goals to exceed them. This role will focus primarily on sales closing and play a critical role in executing Zogo's 2023 revenue and partnerships goals.
Zogo is looking for candidates who strive to set themselves apart from their peers and will play a critical role in a fast-growing, fintech start-up. We are scrappy, agile, and excited to add a like-minded, key player to our team.
The Enterprise Account Manager role will be critical for onboarding and maintaining enterprise accounts, and ensuring that enterprise clientele are on track to renew. Individuals in this role will also be responsible for coordinating with Sales team members around new client information, and pre-sale conversations. Enterprise Account Managers will oversee every step of the enterprise client journey, from onboarding to establishing KPI's, creating upsell opportunities, QBR's, and preliminary renewal discussions.

  • Determining and understanding the needs and problems of an enterprise clientele in order to effectively enable Zogo as a solution.
  • Reporting to Lead Enterprise Account Manager
  • Effectively onboard clientele using relevant tools and software.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding enterprise client expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively responding to change when needed.
  • Coordinating with Account Executives, Lead Account Manager, Revenue Team leaders, and Product team members.
  • Collaborating on data documentation, reporting, and metric tracking.
  • Operational excellence to meet and exceed the needs of a developing team.
  • Understanding areas of growth per account by leveraging established relationships and building new ones with clientele.
  • Driving adoption and growth by fostering strong, collaborative relationships with customers, and acting as a trusted advisor for their specific needs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks for customers at different stages in the customer lifecycle.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights, contributing to the enhancement of Zogo's products and services.


YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience (with examples) of building trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise customers
  • The ideal candidate is 2-5 years years of experience or proven experience as an Account Manager, Account CSM, or similar role.
  • Well-spoken and comfortable speaking / presenting.
  • Demonstrated success with account management involving six-figure ARR deals.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, and obtain results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excited to join a fast-growing, fintech startup.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Experience working with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, to conduct virtual meetings.
  • Preferred experience with SaaS products and/or products within the fintech space.
  • Preferred experience using Zoom, GSuite, Hubspot (or another CRM platform).
