As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a key member of our AI21 B2B US sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will lead complex sales cycles, engaging with large enterprises (5,000+ employees) and managing high-value, seven-figure deals. Your role will involve prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with organizations exploring or expanding their use of generative AI solutions.

We are looking for a sales professional with a deep technical orientation and a startup mindset—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and excels in creative problem-solving.



Role and Responsibilities

  • Meet sales quota within prospect accounts
  • Drive new business opportunities through direct sales, indirect sales, and partnerships in North America
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including outreach, discovery, product demonstrations deployment scoping, contract negotiation (commercial and terms), and legal process management
  • Become highly knowledgeable about AI21's product and conduct frequent product demonstrations
  • Provide ongoing support to Studio’s customers, and help them grow their businesses by insuring they’re maximizing the use of our technology and upselling new opportunities.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the product, and proactively communicate all breaking changes, new features, and updates to all customers.
  • Communicate with technical teams to identify trends and feedback.
  • Flag emerging opportunities for growing Studio (i.e.product features, new markets, business use-cases) based on interactions with customers.



Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years selling deep tech products in diverse environments (on-prem, VPC, cloud-native).
  • 5+ years of experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees), managing and closing high-value (7-figure) deals.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling AI products or deep technical solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the AI domain.
  • Established network of enterprise contacts and the ability to leverage past relationships to drive new business.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A hunter- comfortable with (and strives) generating their own pipeline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—high resilience, self-driven, creative problem-solver, and comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Passionate about AI, innovation, and transformative technology.

The base salary pay range for this position is $150K to $200K and on target earnings up to $300k-400k per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
