The Role

Way has achieved significant milestones, including a $20 million Series A funding round in late 2022 backed by Tiger Global, MSD Capital (Michael Dell) at a $100m valuation, as it continues to grow triple digits year over year.

The Role: Way is looking for driven, talented, curious, and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executives to join our team. You'll play a critical role in continuing to rapidly build the company's customer base of hospitality brands worldwide. We're looking for people who are passionate about their work, take pride in its results, and work well in small teams with fast-paced environments. 


Responsibilities: You have experience selling B2B software to enterprise clients with $1b+ in annual sales. you also have

experience selling enterprise software to the hospitality industry. You are laser-focused on hitting and bypassing your numbers to deliver outsized results for the company. Finally, we're looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset - who are not looking for just another job but a place to take ownership of their work and results and are committed to contributing to building a successful company.


*Identify enterprise prospects in a wide variety of geographic areas and drive leads through outbound emailing, calling, and other contact mediums.

*Build a high-quality, strategic pipeline to drive the use of Way with enterprise brands.

*Prospect, sell, and close large hotel management companies and brands, managing the end-to-end sales process and hand-off to our implementation team to ensure customer success.

*Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify expansion/upsell opportunities within existing accounts, driving long-term account value and revenue growth.

*Conduct articulate, engaging, interactive, and compelling demos

*Generate buy-in and manage complex deal cycles across a diverse set of executive stakeholders

*Manage entire deal structure from negotiation of terms and conditions, to budget/financial planning, legal, cyber, and regulatory reviews required by customer, and the allocation of risks and rewards between Way and the customer


WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

*An interest in contributing to a powerful team environment with a long-term mindset

*At least twelve years of relevant sales experience with 10+ years of full sales cycle ownership closing large six to seven figure enterprise deals

*Strong contact list and network of hospitality executives 

*Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

*Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*The ability to demonstrate product benefits and ROI quickly and clearly to prospective enterprise customers

*A desire to always go above and beyond

*English fluency. Spanish, French or other foreign language proficiency is a plus but not at all a requirement


THE REST

*Compensation includes highly competitive salary, variable commission, generous equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage paid 100% by the company, 401K benefits, and other travel-related perks

*Candidates are required to be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX

*Way is building a workplace environment of team members who are passionate and excited to be together in person at its space in downtown Austin to continue to enable our fast-paced growth trajectory. We learn, fail, succeed, and celebrate together in person; this means five days/ week in office.


Compensation is $150-$170K Base with $300-$340K OTE
