  • Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure all emails comply with CPNI, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations while optimizing deliverability and minimizing bounce rates.

☑️ What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and a strong understanding of email best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar customer engagement platforms).
  • Experience working with Figma to collaborate on and deliver email designs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance standards, and accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. No authorization is offered by the employer.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with dynamic content, Liquid scripting, or other personalization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SMS and push notification marketing.
  • Familiarity with API-triggered messaging and advanced automation workflows.

💸 Compensation

  • This position is at-will and is a 1099 contractor position.
  • Pay rate is $55 per hour
  • Estimated weekly time commitment of 20 hours and is not eligible for overtime. This could increase with business needs.
