The Role

As the Director, Sales Operations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our Americas Sales Teams achieve their ambitious goals. This involves setting and monitoring critical metrics across our prospect and customer journeys, optimizing and redesign sales processes, providing support and guidance to Sales Leadership and help drive a culture of Excellence and Accountability across the organization.  In this role you’ll work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product and Channel Teams to align sales strategies and activities with the overall business objectives and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in close partnership with region sales leader to design and execute on strategic plans to drive growth  
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM leadership to drive the strategy and execution of capacity planning, productivity review, territory carving, quota design and headcount allocation
  • Own, develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards and KPIs, sharing critical conversion, attainment, and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making and drive accountability
  • Use data to unearth and optimize all aspects of our customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention and renewal
  • Provide support setting the rules of engagement across the Sales team with clear responsibilities and opportunity ownership
  • Work closely with Sales Compensations Team on Design and Implementation of compensation structures that align with our Sales Objectives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally on behalf of the region sales leader to drive the needs of the sales team
  • Develop, Manage and mentor a team of analysts

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role  
  • Deep expertise in sales automation, CRM, Planning & Forecasting 
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and Powerpoint  
  • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)  
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business  
  • Ability to interpret data, not just present it  
  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance  
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
