The Director of Product will lead new product initiatives, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and addressing customer needs.
As a key strategic leader reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for building and growing new product offerings within Sensor Tower’s industry-leading market intelligence platform. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategy for new products such as Web Insights, Audience Insights, and Purchase Insights, ensuring these innovations meet customer needs and drive business growth. You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. You will work closely with design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to create and deliver engaging, insightful, and scalable product experiences.
Salary: $180,000 - $280,000
What the Director of Product will do:
- Own the roadmap for Sensor Tower’s new product lines, drive the vision, product strategy, and execution through all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and data teams to conceptualize and prototype new data-driven insights and products.
- Evangelize new products internally with leadership and globally with external stakeholders, aligning the vision with company goals.
- Engage regularly with customers and industry experts to gather feedback, monitor market trends, and maintain competitive intelligence.
Experience We Want to See:
- Experience turning complex data sets into actionable, insightful products that meet market demands.
- Proven experience in product leadership roles within fast-growing companies, ideally within SaaS, market intelligence, or data-focused businesses.
- Track record of successfully leading teams to launch and scale new product lines, with a strong focus on data-driven product development.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple product initiatives and navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Deep understanding of market intelligence, web analytics, audience behavior, and purchase data is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
