Join our fast-growing Go-To-Marketing Team on a mission to share the Power of Clean Code! We are looking for a Digital Web Producer to help us continue to build and establish a best-in-class content production and publication engine. As a Digital Web Producer at Sonar, you will be pivotal in maintaining and optimizing our digital presence to drive engagement with our target audience. You will oversee the corporate website and build, edit, maintain, and launch pages. You will be a critical stakeholder between the Product, Marketing, MarTech, Mission Control, and Sales teams.
On a daily basis, you will
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company website, including content updates, feature enhancements, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and IT, to align website initiatives with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish, edit, and organize website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices.
- Track requests for web changes, updates, and new projects-
- Contribute to the execution of marketing plans with editing, QAing, and posting web content, including blogs, press releases, web pages, and customer support documentation.
- Monitor website performance metrics, such as traffic, bounce, and conversion rates, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as product champion of the Marketing team for our Content Management System (CMS) and train new users on the CMS and web tools as necessary
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure website functionality across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on website management processes and best practices.
- Ensure enforcement and implementation of corporate web standards on SEO, user experience, brand, legal, and accessibility.
The skills you will demonstrate
- Proven experience (5+ years) in web production, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Kontent.ai experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent project management skills. Agile/Scrum certification or experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with SEO best practices for optimizing website content and driving organic traffic.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering high-quality, error-free digital experiences.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to drive decision-making.
