The impact you will have  


The Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role on the Growth Marketing team as a driver of collaboration between the Sales, SDR & Growth Marketing teams. This role will be responsible the development GTM programs that meet the needs of the sales team by being prescriptive, targeted & efficient


On a daily basis, you will


The average day for this role will consist of gathering feedback from the SDR & Sales team on business needs, analyzing funnel metrics for areas of improvement and executing on targeted ABM plays to drive pipeline. The Demand Generation Manager will continuously work to improve existing GTM strategies, optimize based on qualitative & quantitative feedback and develop new, innovative strategies for testing. This role will act as the liaison between the sales and growth organization when it comes to GTM & ABM execution.

The skills you will demonstrate

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaigns and/or demand generationProven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in paid social, content syndication & ABM preferred
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams required
  • Data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing tactics and lead nurturing

  • The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible to change, willing to collaborate with other SMEs across multiple departments without losing sight of the end goal & willing to lead from the front and remove obstacles in the way of campaign execution as applicable. Additionally, the ideal candidate would exemplify the following traits:


  • Strong communications and listening skills
  • Autonomous and being able to make best course of decision and action with limited information
  • Team player, receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledge
  • Can-do attitude: challenging status-quo, leading and contributing to key improvements and innovations
