Job Description:
The Deal Operations is seeking an Analyst to help streamline processes, and driving impactful results. As an Analyst, Deal Operations (Deal Ops) at Pluralsight, you will be a critical partner for our sales reps, ensuring seamless execution of sales motions and providing top-tier support. You’ll play a key role in creating efficiency, resolving roadblocks, and aligning stakeholders to drive revenue and elevate the sales experience for both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do:

Partner closely with sales teams to support the Partnership (Channel) sales territory and achieve Pluralsight’s sales goals.

Provide pre-sales client support, including creating quotes, assisting with vendor agreements, and guiding customers through the MSA process.

Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to align sales orders, contracts, and invoices for seamless transactions.

Research and provide data to support sales activities, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Pluralsight platform to assist reps and customers effectively.

Operate as the primary support resource for the Partnership team, offering task offloading and operational expertise.

Manage and optimize processes related to AWS and Google (GCP) marketplaces.
Experience You’ll Bring:

A strong background in supporting partner or channel sales teams.

Proficiency in navigating Marketplace processes, particularly with AWS and Google (GCP).

Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required) and Google Suite applications.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and execute critical tasks efficiently.

A forward-thinking, collaborative mindset with the ability to build and improve structured processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or operational support role, with an emphasis on partner/channel sales.

Proficiency in interpersonal and service-oriented communication.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a high-performing team.

No specific certifications or travel requirements; however, familiarity with sales operations tools and best practices is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $58,400-$72,100 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
