Interested in working for a company that sets the standard and leads with integrity? Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.
About the Role:
As the Data & Analytics Manager for CrowdStrike's Finance Data Analytics organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and shaping the company's future. You will oversee a team of data professionals providing actionable insights, financial reporting, and analytics. This role focuses on delivering key financial metrics for executive stakeholders, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative data solutions, and streamlining company-wide financial analytics. You will work directly with key leaders such as the VP of Global Sales Operations, VP Revenue Controller, and VP of Corporate Finance to ensure that data integrity and analytical capabilities drive critical decision making.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a 24/7 global team, ensuring continuous support and coverage across multiple time zones. Oversee team members from diverse regions, fostering collaboration, and accountability, and maintaining high performance around the clock.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Finance, addressing inquiries related to deal accuracy, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain data integrity.
  • Mentor and develop a team of analysts, ensuring that they are equipped to handle complex data sets, improve their soft skills, and create advanced visualizations for executive consumption.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and manage the development of your team members, ensuring they contribute effectively to the company's dynamic and ever-changing needs.
  • Lead major corporate initiatives, such as the construction of datasets for renewal forecasting, which are adopted company-wide to predict customer spending, contraction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with ETL/ELT Engineers to optimize and automate data pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery of financial data from original raw data sources to usable and clean Snowflake datasets.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Renewal Operations teams to build Renewal ACV & ARR metrics with intuitive visuals that provide granular insights, such as daily fluctuations by account or territory.
  • Lead the integration of financial data from potential company M&A activity into CrowdStrike's financial systems and Salesforce ecosystems. This includes building a bridge between newly acquired product SKUs and CrowdStrike's internal finance modules.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to monitor performance metrics, including ARR, Net ARR, ASP, ACV, and churn rates. These dashboards will be consumed by high-level executives, including the SVP of Finance & Capital Markets, Chief Business Officer, and President.
  • Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as market analysis, customer segmentation, and product performance evaluation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex multi-layered datasets to monitor the performance of various business units and products, including financial, customer, and operational metrics.

What You'll Need:
Experience:

  • Data Analytics: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with a strong focus on SaaS metrics (ARR, ASP, ACV) within Cybersecurity or the Cloud-based technology industry.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading data analytics teams, managing cross-functional projects, and mentoring analysts of all levels and capabilities.
  • Salesforce Objects: Must possess working knowledge on Salesforce object and field reporting.
  • Tableau Expertise: Advanced skills to create visually compelling and insightful dashboards.
  • SQL Proficiency: Extensive SQL experience in data analysis, integration, and reporting, particularly with large datasets and relational databases.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address data integrity, and financial accuracy, and deliver solutions within tight deadlines, especially ad-hoc analysis.
  • Mentorship: Ability to mentor, lead, and develop more junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, while improving team morale.
