We’re looking for a creative, driven, and strategic thinker to join our growing Content and Engagement team. As a Content Manager, you will be a key player in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and support our clients’ business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams – including creative, strategy, SEO, media, martech, and web development – to ensure content is strategic, optimized, and aligned with the overall marketing goals of our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Strategy Development and Execution: Work with clients and colleagues to develop and execute data-driven, audience-centric content strategies that support the business goals of our clients
  • Content Audits & Research: Conduct content audits, competitive analyses, and audience research to identify content gaps and opportunities
  • Editorial Planning: Conceive and build content calendars and develop creative, SEO-driven content that speaks to target audiences across multiple channels (web, social, email, etc.)
  • Creative Ideation: Work with multidisciplinary teams to imagine new, exciting, and impactful content ideas capable of being shared in different formats and across a variety of channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with strategy, creative, media, mar-tech, web development, and other teams to ensure content is integrated into larger campaign efforts and drives cohesive user journeys
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor content performance through analytics tools, report on KPIs, and make data-informed recommendations for improving content engagement and effectiveness
  • Client Engagement and Communication: Lead client relationships, providing insights and recommendations on how to leverage content to achieve their goals and elevate their brand presence
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of trends in healthcare marketing, content strategy, SEO, and digital engagement. Bring new ideas and fresh approaches to the table to continuously push content strategies forward

Ideal Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis tools
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful narratives for diverse audiences across myriad formats and channels
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimize for engagement and SEO
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with creative, technical, and strategy teams
  • Meticulous in managing content quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and healthcare industry standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
