About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative content marketing professional to join our best-in-class global events team. The Content Manager, Global Events will be responsible for streamlining content workflows, establishing structured planning timelines and foster a culture of experimentation to drive continuous improvement. In this role you will work cross functionally interfacing with the broader marketing, product, and internal support teams to execute content experiences for event attendees that demonstrate & reinforce the CrowdStrike brand and drive engagement aligned to company & marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of strong content project management and execution, effective communication, and relationship building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the delivery of breakout sessions, session scheduling, speaker prep and communications and all on site session logistics while working and forming strong partnerships with internal team members and external agency partners to ensure a successful attendee experience.

  • Work directly with session content owners to communicate deliverables, deadlines and expectations, to ensure measured results.

  • Develop and manage content status reports and post event session surveys and session data to share key learnings and actionable insights for future planning.

  • Develop process to syndicate event content into marketing campaigns post-event; enabling event content to function as a marketing content generator.

  • Research and understand event industry content delivery trends/best practices and share those across the team.

  • This role works closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, Legal, Analyst Relations, Operations, as well as external partners and agencies.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years content marketing experience

  • Ability to multi-task, manage high volume projects, strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving

  • Collaborate, consult and influence leaders and stakeholders within the function, across functions and outside of the organization

  • Understanding of event content management platforms

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global teams

  • Expected travel: 20% - may fluctuate based on business needs

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
