About the role
You will be responsible for helping lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of clinical and non-clinical staff. You will ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver high-quality service and meet regulatory and/or accreditation standards.
You will report to the Associate Director, Clinical.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $103,200 - $135,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $92,880 - 121,905 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of training programs through various modalities, including in-person, microlearnings, and LMS platform modules
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training program, including data collection and analysis, to drive improvements in training outcomes
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Manage complex projects and roadmaps, including resource allocation and timeline development and adherence
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education and training
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in clinical or non-clinical operations-based learning and development
- 4+ leading and developing direct reports
- 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs using various modalities, including e-learnings and microlearnings
- 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects, including resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- 3+ years of experience in leading change management initiatives related to training programs
- 2+ years experience in analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive program effectiveness and measured ROI improvements

- BSN or Social Worker degree
- Instructional Design Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
