Reporting to the CFO, the Chief of Staff for F&A and Enterprise Apps is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, operations, and on-time delivery of key F&A and Enterprise Apps initiatives. The Chief of Staff (CoS) will work closely with F&A and Enterprise leadership along with cross-functional teams to design and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects that help our teams succeed with internal & customer-facing goals.
What You'll Do:
- Leadership and Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans for key initiatives.
- Cultivate a high-performing team environment that aligns with Bonterra's mission and goals.
- Enable team members, ensuring they have the resources needed to excel.
- Run weekly calls with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide clear project status reporting for leadership.
- Serve as an escalation point, ensuring any risks to timeline are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Oversee clear communications with vendors and consultants.
- Create project-related documentation.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Partner with F&A and Enterprise Apps leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company-wide goals.
- Align departmental missions and goals with Bonterra's overall company strategy to ensure cohesive progress.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a Director level role.
- Proven track record of working across multiple teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement (and mitigating when there isn't engagement).
- Phenomenal organizational skills, with extensive experience in managing multiple, strategic projects in parallel.
- A trained ear for hearing potential blockers and working with the team to resolve issues proactively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise B2B SaaS organizations is preferred.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully leading large teams and complex projects in the software or technology industry.
- Ability to work effectively with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management platform.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive impact.
- Expertise in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Travel Requirement:
This position may require travel for quarterly offsites, and strategic projects oversight.
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range:$150,000 - $170,000 w/a 15% annual bonus
