About the role
Atlassian's channel partners are the force multiplier of our product sales and customer success motions. As the Partner Readiness Manager, you will be responsible for the successful introduction of new products, new programs and important updates to our global ecosystem of channel partners. You will play an integral part in ensuring our partners are able to effectively sell and deliver services around Atlassian solutions by creating, driving and maintaining a channel launch excellence framework. You are a dynamic and detail-oriented excellent communicator who adheres to specific process while also but also thinks big; you influence and inspire your stakeholders to do the same. This role will drive cross-functional partnerships with various internal teams - Enablement, Sales/Sales Ops, Support, Marketing, Product, and others

  • Manage the full lifecycle of important launches to Atlassian's channel partners; including new products, new programs and resources, and important updates
  • Implement scalable, repeatable launch management motions with an end-to-end Launch Excellence Framework that ensures all major phases of a launch are planned and executed effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment during all phases of a launch.
  • to ensure consistency of launch management with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Drive transparency and launch progression with effective reporting, communications, stakeholder engagement and management practices
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful launches
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate launch success and gather insights for future improvements
  • Ensure iterative improvements to the launch excellence framework based on learnings and feedback from partners and stakeholders
  • Report on major and minor release timelines, alerting leadership of major impediments and raising visibility of progress or slowdowns.
  • Manage risks affecting release scope and schedule, and report on progress for all priorities with action plans for course correction


  • 7+ years of experience in product launch management, project management, or a related role within a high-growth technology company
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (proficiency with Atlassian tools, a bonus)
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally within enterprise sales organizations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven organizational and time management skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're a self-starter who can ramp quickly with self-direction
  • Metrics-driven. You use data to frame, inform and guide the prioritization and decision making process, to manage the health of your programs through delivery, and to assess the success and impact once you are done
  • You are a hyper-effective person who can dig into the weeds, pull up to connect back to strategy, and generally "gets stuff done."
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energizing environments


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $163,100 - $217,400
Zone B: $146,800 - $195,700
Zone C: $135,400 - $180,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
