Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Care Navigation Guide to join our Clinical Support Services team.

About the role
As a Care Navigation Guide you will curate relative provider lists for our members who need available care. This requires regular engagement with our network providers to ensure that we are providing the most optimal options to our members.
You will report to the Associate Operations Manager of Clinical Support & Care Navigation.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 10 days per year.
Responsibilities
- Outreach providers and facilities to provide relevant, refined and impactful personalized options that address the members’ specific care requests while staying within service level agreement and meeting access standards.
- Lean on and collaborate with nurses for support on complex cases to route care
- Discover and communicate trends to your leadership to improve processes and the member experience.
- Use all resources to navigate complex cases.
- Confirm and update provider data.
- Document tickets.
- Stay current on all information, updates, processes, and workflows.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with care coordination and navigation in a healthcare setting
- 1+ years of experience using a Chromebook and Google Workspace
Bonus Points
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience working in a collaborative environment

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
