Be part of the connection:
You gather data from multiple sources and analyze complex business operations to provide improvement strategies. You align business functions and organizational goals through a detailed understanding of our structure, policies and operations. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:

  • Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
  • Compile, analyze, interpret and present complex data to propose new strategies for current and future business changes.
  • Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs.
  • Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
  • Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Two or more years of business analysis or related experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
  • Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Effective prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment


Preferred qualifications:

  • Call Center Environment
  • Workforce Management
