As an Associate Manager of Analytics at Koddi, you will collaborate with a group of analytics professionals to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize performance across our advertising programs. This role will be responsible for supporting our Publisher and Advertiser partners by delivering business insights, product feature analysis and optimization opportunities. This hybrid role is designed for individuals passionate about leveraging technology, data, and strategic initiatives to drive the success of Koddi Ads programs. 

What you will do

  • Team Leadership:Mentor a team of analysts focused on advertising analytics. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment to ensure high-quality output and team development
  • Advertising & Publisher Performance Analysis:Analyze ad campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, yield, and ROI across advertising initiatives
  • Strategic Quarterly Planning:Partner with cross-functional teams, including program management, Data Science and Product, to align product strategies and features with broader business objectives. Utilize data insights to how we continue to build our product
  • Advanced Reporting & Visualization:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to advertising metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS). Ensure insights are accessible and actionable for stakeholders
  • Optimization & Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and refine analytical processes and methodologies to improve ad campaign optimization and reporting accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in ad analytics
  • Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary contact for all analytics inquiries related to ads. Present data findings and advertising strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
  • Project Management:Manage multiple advertising analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.

What skills and experience you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in analytics with a strong focus on advertising data and ad performance optimization
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360) and ad-related metrics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on advertising data and optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ad performance insights to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ad-related projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic and display advertising trends
