The Opportunity

Seeking an outstanding Retention Marketing Manager to promote adoption and usage of our Experience Cloud solutions, specifically Adobe Commerce. The goal is to make them successful, see the value of their purchase, buy more Adobe products, become strong advocates, and remain lifelong customers. This person will develop scalable multi-channel programs, in-product guidance, user groups, webinars, etc. to encourage adoption and retention. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Success, Experience League, Professional Services, and Product Marketing, and report to the Senior Manager, Adoption Marketing.
 

What you'll Do

  • Develop and implement multi-channel adoption programs to help customers use Adobe products more quickly and deeply
  • Conduct research with customers to guide program optimization and development
  • Collaborate with critical team members on programs
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter authorities and customers to develop critical content that fills any gaps or needs updating in existing program content.
  • Work to continuously improve programs, using data to measure what is working and what’s not
  • Monitor and report on critical metrics
  • Establish strong customer relationships with Adobe Champions and User Group Leaders to build experiences that support retention and customer advocacy.
  • Represent the customer while collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure an outstanding customer experience with Adobe
     

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
  • 4+ years of lifecycle marketing, customer success, and/or customer marketing experience preferred
  • Marketo experience a plus
  • Customer-centric with a “what’s best for the customer” approach
  • Strong program development and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an outstanding teammate
  • Accountable for performance and results, and committed to delivering your best
  • Proven track record of quickly learning new technology such as Marketo, Pendo, GainsightPX, etc.
  • A font of creativity -- you take pride in coming up with fun, exciting ideas to make customers happy and successful!
  • Self-motivated, diligent, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, can-do outlook, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
