About the Role:

Seize the opportunity to lead as our ABM Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of driving customer awareness, engagement, and revenue growth in key accounts worldwide. Your role is pivotal, and you'll take charge of full-funnel ABM campaigns, ensuring a strategic and integrated approach across various channels.

Let’s talk about responsibilities

  • Own Full-Funnel ABM Campaigns:
    • Strategize and execute targeted, integrated campaigns for key accounts, utilizing channels such as email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, in-product, events, and webinars.
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to craft highly tailored programs, guiding accounts from prospecting to expansion.
  • Strategic Account Segmentation:
    • Partner with sales and strategy leadership to identify Ideal Customer Profile company lists, top target accounts, and aligned spending by segment, driving penetration in our target market.
  • Reporting and Metrics Mastery:
    • Refine KPI and program metrics frameworks, tracking campaign performance, account-level engagement, ROI, and delivering insightful performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to evaluate and implement ABM-related processes, reporting, workflows, and leverage cutting-edge tools and technology.
  • Collaborative Content Development:
    • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Creative teams to develop personalized content that resonates with accounts based on buyer needs, personas, verticals, and more.

Requirements

Let’s talk about what you need to excel

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS campaign marketing, with a preference for roles in demand generation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ABM strategy and execution or highly targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts or verticals.
  • Proficiency with 6Sense.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally and building alignment across departments.
  • Proactive communication skills coupled with a passion for collaboration.
  • Strong project and program management skills, showcasing the ability to drive high levels of execution.
