TECHNOLOGY

Written's core technology identifies and prices content based on a variety of performance metrics. A custom built scalable crawling engine is used to identify ideal content given an input list of keywords. This engine is able to filter out content for a variety of reasons including the type of content and customer provided blacklist.

Written's pricing engine leverages a variety of sources to create a comprehensive pricing database. Everything from visitors, keyword value, conversions and more is analyzed for content both in and out of the marketplace. This database is used not only to recommend pricing for those participating in the marketplace, but also to acquire new users.

Written uses Wordpress plugins on both author and marketer's websites to move content, traffic and collect analytics. In combination with the pricing engine, Written has the most comprehensive database on the value of content outside of Google.
