OrderText is the first order and payment platform with touchless cloud POS replacement to hit the market. We help bars, restaurants, music venues, food trucks, coffee shops, hotels, breweries, and very soon retail stores, to accept payments and orders from customers’ phones. OrderText helps front-of-house service models with our tested Staff view, allowing the ability to accept and process multiple orders at once. Customers scan a QR code directly from their cell phones, order items from an online menu, chat directly with staff via our in-house text platform, and pay securely, all without downloading and installing an application. On the other hand, a Staff member can view and process orders in real-time, chat with the customer, and serve more customers with ease.
