The Senior Backend Engineer will develop scalable systems, collaborate with product teams, and build user-facing features to enhance Kizen's platform.

Design, build, and maintain automated test suites; identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with product and engineering to troubleshoot; improve QA processes and test coverage; maintain test documentation and mentor junior testers.

Lead customer implementations of a low-code SaaS platform: design and build integrations, transform and validate data, configure solutions, train clients, manage deployments from kickoff to go-live, and serve as a technical trusted advisor to improve processes and outcomes.
