Of course, it’s not all fun and games in the Idera offices (though it sure feels that way). Every day, Idera’s people bustle into the offices, large cups of gourmet coffee in hand, and roll up their sleeves to make the magic happen. The work can be hard, but the reward is we get to make a line of data management and server backup products that are helping to redefine the industry, and keep innocent and unsuspecting data safe from the perils and dangers of a cold, cruel world.

And then there’s Quacky
By day, a mild-mannered bath toy. By night, our intrepid company mascot! If you’ve ever visited Idera at a conference, then you’re probably the proud owner of a little orange Idera rubber duck we call Quacky—our traveling Idera goodwill and fun ambassador. Doesn’t he just quack you up?
And when work is done, it’s time to play

We like to kick off every quarter by celebrating all the great stuff we pulled off the quarter before. So it’s not unusual to find the whole lot of us on the dance floor or in a bowling alley, dressed like the cast of “Jersey Shore” or sporting bow ties and tuxedos for a night on the town. And when the party’s over we jump right back into making the best software around for SQL Server, SharePoint, and server backup, because data matters.
