The Systems Engineer will provide IT support services, manage support queries, maintain documentation, and adhere to change control procedures. Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Citrix XenApp, Sophos, VMware, Hyper-V, TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls are required. Experience in an MSP environment is preferred.
