The Field Service Manager will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of robotic systems at Apptronik and customer sites. Responsibilities include managing service teams, troubleshooting issues, maintaining system uptime, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and customer support.

Lead the development of innovative robotic solutions, optimize robotic system performance, provide strategic leadership, collaborate with product management, grow and manage a technical team, and oversee software engineering operations.
