The Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as the analytics SME on the Growth and Engagement team, responsible for extracting, connecting, and analyzing complex member data across multiple sources to measure and evaluate the performance of member engagement campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

Carrot is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle nurture programs to drive engagement and surface MQLs within net new employer prospects accounts. This role will report to Carrot’s Director of Demand Generation.
