The Recruiter at inKind is responsible for the full recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring an effective recruitment strategy. This role involves high-volume recruiting and collaboration with hiring managers and the People Team.
