Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dashboards, analytics, report writing, and general HRIS navigation, specifically within the Workday platform. This role involves analyzing HR data, creating insightful reports, and supporting HR operations to enhance overall effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives.
  • Create custom reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable data solutions.
  • Assist in navigating and troubleshooting general HRIS functionalities within Workday.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on utilizing Workday for reporting and analytics.
  • Participate in HR projects, offering data-driven insights to support strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a team environment.
