About the Role:

As a Webinar Manager, you will execute impactful webinars and curate the ideal mix of Panorama-owned and sponsored virtual events. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll find ways to optimize the full webinar program and attendee experience—from promotion and day of experience to post-event follow-up—ensuring seamless execution, memorable guest experience, and pipeline impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive webinar calendar (hosted and paid webinars) aligned with marketing themes, product launches, and key company initiatives
  • Own promotion by creating compelling landing pages and emails to drive registrations for live and on-demand webinars
  • Recruit, interview, and prepare speakers, including senior leaders from both internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with webinar scripts and content decks that tell a compelling story, addressing audience needs and pain points at every stage of their journey
  • Manage webinar logistics, including hosting, registration setup, platform configuration, coordinating polls, managing chat and questions, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Own the post-webinar process, including follow-up emails, smooth handoff to the SDR team, and strategies for extending webinar shelf life through on-demand content
  • Track, analyze, and share key performance metrics such as attendance, registration rates, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution
  • Test new webinar formats, interactive elements, and content styles to boost registration, attendance, and engagement
  • Stay current with webinar best practices and trends to ensure programs remain competitive and engaging

This job is for you if you have:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience and proven success managing and optimizing webinar programs
  • Extensive experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Bizzabo, Zoom, Hopin, ON24) and marketing automation /reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage an audience and convey complex ideas effectively
  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale virtual summits by working collaboratively with a team to contribute across key areas of event production and logistics
  • Demonstrated success with driving pipeline through webinar and content marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail

Salary: The starting base salary for this role is $81,000. Actual offers will depend on experience, skills, and location.

 

The “Starting Base Salary” represents anticipated salary for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
