VIP Analyst

Position Summary

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their authenticity, engagement and fun.

About the Role

Do you want to work for a growing games company and impact how we engage with our most valuable customers?

In this role you will be responsible for delivering the information and conducting the analysis necessary for our VIP Operations team to provide a world class experience for our VIP Players. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of teams across the company and support initiatives for VIP Players in several of SciPlay’s most successful games.

A great candidate for this role will have professional experience as an analyst, creating reports and visualizations from large data sets and solving business problems through deep dive data analysis; or experience working directly in mobile gaming VIP Operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build recurring reports and visualizations to support the data needs of our VIP Operations teams.
• Measure the business impact of new initiatives through AB Testing and pre/post analysis
• Identify risks and opportunities with VIP Players through deep dive data analysis
• Communicate your findings to game teams, VIP Operations, and executive leaders

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• 2 years of experience using SQL in a large data environment
• 2 years of experience building reports and visualizations using platforms like Excel and Tableau.
• Highly effective communication skills with experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences

Special consideration given to candidates with experience in the gaming industry and with experience working in VIP Operations.
