We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our design team as we continue to scale. You will play a critical role in enhancing our consumer and customer journeys, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective. Key responsibilities include:


Advance the User Experience: work autonomously and with the design team lead to continuously improve the UX through high-quality UX designs that delight users and drive business outcomes.


Customer-Centric Design: Conduct ongoing user research, customer discovery, and multivariate testing to deeply understand the customer journey, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product design lead, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design, test, and implement innovative UX solutions.

Role Specific Job Duties:

  • Participate in and occasionally lead discovery conversations with customers, users, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate on development teams as needed, collaborating with the product manager and tech lead to design and test solutions. 
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows for new products and features.
  • Create product prototypes at various levels of fidelity.
  • Conduct usability testing as needed.
  • Design challenges include: implementing new features, improving existing ones and enhancing the look and cohesiveness of the entire experience.
  • Advocate for the user perspective to ensure our product is coherent and always serves their interests.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 4+ years experience in user experience and product design in a B2B2C or B2C SaaS software company.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and experience applying them.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for translating user needs into elegant, functional experiences.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organization and process skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility, thrives in collaborative work.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated success presenting in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong design portfolio (with examples of work on web and mobile apps).
  • Be self-directed but also collaborative. 
  • Keen problem-solving and organizational abilities. 
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience with key product design tools, such as Figma, Adobe CC and collaboration tools like Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with web front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
