What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a UX Designer Intern to join our Design team for the summer! This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about creating intuitive, delightful digital experiences and eager to grow their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. As a UX Designer Intern, you’ll support UX optimization efforts through A/B testing, manual QA, and design system contributions. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve website usability and maintain design consistency across our digital properties.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in running and analyzing A/B tests to identify UX improvement opportunities.
  • Create monthly UX performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct manual QA testing, especially on mobile devices, to ensure usability and functionality.
  • Contribute to UI kit updates, ensuring consistency and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Analyze website performance data to suggest design improvements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for monthly A/B testing and UX experiments.
  • Work within established UI kit guidelines to maintain brand and design consistency.
  • Support senior designers in visual design tasks and documentation.

What really gets us excited about you?

  • You’re currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • You have experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
  • You’re familiar with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining UI consistency.
  • You bring strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a user-first mindset.
  • You’re eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with a creative team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on personal or academic projects involving A/B testing or UX research.

If you’re ready to apply your design skills in a real-world setting and gain experience that makes an impact, we’d love to have you on the team!

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.

What Do We Offer?

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…
