We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that enhance Fliff's social sports gaming products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create compelling designs that meet the needs of our users while aligning with our brand identity and business objectives.

The Role Itself

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products, including web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the usability of our products.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows.
  • Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that optimize the user experience and drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
  • Experience designing for sports betting or gaming products is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
