Tecovas is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy development and execution for our wholesale accounts, ensuring brand integrity and driving growth in our newest channel. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Wholesale Operations, you will collaborate with our accounts and internal teams to create cohesive campaigns, manage project timelines and budget, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

What you’ll do:

Strategy and Planning

  • Set channel marketing strategy and budget
  • Create seasonal go-to-market plans tailored to each account to drive desired sales results
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Merchandising to ensure marketing strategy supports business goals

Account Management

  • Lead go-to-market execution, partnering with retailers and internal teams to do so
  • Serve as primary marketing contact for our retailers with a customer-first mindset
  • Act as Tecovas’ brand voice, approving retailer marketing assets and representing the company as necessary at marketing activations

Campaign Execution

  • Brief internal partners on channel needs and oversee requested deliverables
  • Manage brand assets for external use, ensuring relevant assets are provided in a timely manner
  • Maintain wholesale-specific web pages on Tecovas.com
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows in coordination with Sales and Sales Operations

Performance Management

  • Analyze seasonal performance, sharing results with stakeholders and optimize budget allocation accordingly
  • Conduct ongoing review of how the Tecovas brand is showing up in the marketplace, ensuring a consistently high brand standard

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in wholesale or retail environments
  • Seasoned in working across multiple advertising channels, with bonus points for channel leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
