We are seeking a highly driven Territory Manager to join our Sales team in Austin, TX, or Houston, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions in one of the world's most dynamic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual sales goals and drive new client acquisition and account growth in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with Technical Advisors to effectively communicate Enverus' value proposition and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Work with Principal Consultants to identify opportunities for increased ROI within existing accounts.
• Provide accurate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales forecasts.
• Gather and share client feedback with marketing and development teams to enhance product offerings.
• Complete company certifications and training as required.
Competitive Profile:
• Results-driven, goal-oriented, and works with urgency.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.
• Strong background in SaaS sales, account management, and retention.
• Expertise in enterprise sales processes, including client lifecycle management, value proposition development, decision-making strategies, risk mitigation, and closing deals.
• Proven ability to forecast new business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.

This role is eligible for: Commission
Salary Range: 55,000 - 60,000 base salary / 40,000 commission
