Location/Region: This position is located in Texas area and will cover Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma territory and must live within the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston areas.

What’s the role?

As a Territory Account Manager, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role at Carl Zeiss Consumer Optics- Sport Optics. Show case your skills and experience with process enhancement in Carl Zeiss Consumer Optics. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) - Sports Optics is responsible for managing the ZEISS Sports Optics sales and retail distribution efforts associated with an assigned territory – including the states of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be highly driven and have considerable experience managing sell-in and sell-out strategy for a specific territory and account list, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within a set budget, and the ability to contribute and thrive within a close-knit team environment.

  • Proven experience and success managing accounts in the hunting and/or shooting markets

  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales growth targets
  • Strong comprehension of Company vs account needs for a fair and profitable outcome
  • Resides within the 4-state TALO territory, including:
    • Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma
    • DFW and Houston areas highly preferred
    • Resides within a reasonable driving distance to a regional or international airport
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Excel (critical)
  • SalesForce / CRM (not required but preferred)
  • SAP (not required but helpful)
