Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (eligible for 5% annual bonus based on individual and company performance)

We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, energetic, and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, developing, and implementing successful training programs in an enterprise-wide SaaS company and delivering those programs to both customers and internal employees. The perfect candidate will be able to blend the execution of our training programs with the development of our long-term training direction, including leveraging our AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training content, track learner progress, and measure the impact of internal and external training programs. Ultimately, we aim to deliver data-driven, engaging training solutions that embrace and enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Become a technical expert on the KaiNexus platform
- Plan, create, and deliver high-quality, customized training to employees and customers
- Create and manage LMS training content and learning paths. Track learner progress, adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Create high-quality presentations, graphics, instructional aides, and video content that represent the KaiNexus brand effectively.
- Take a data-based approach to refine programs using assessments, surveys, and feedback loops to align with business objectives, optimize outcomes, and enhance the customer experience.
- Continuously look for new methods and mechanisms for delivering training
- Utilize in-app onboarding technology to support scalable end-user training
- Work closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to identify training gaps
- Maintain training content and establish standards that reflect best practices across the organization
- Develop knowledge and skills around continuous improvement and lean management practices and topics
- Provide backup to the Support and Documentation team
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in training enterprise SaaS company customers
- Ability to quickly learn new technology, with a drive to learn new concepts and explain those concepts to others
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful customer training programs that improve user adoption and understanding
- Proven ability to efficiently create and deliver high-quality content
- Experience with an LMS and/or in-app onboarding technologies would be great. If you haven't worked with these, still apply - we’ll teach you what you need to know!
