We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Engineer with a strong background in Java and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be excited about taking on new challenges. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and maintain applications using Java and JavaScript. 
  • Work closely with the clients and internal teams to gain an understanding of requirements and transform them into actionable tickets. 
  • Execute tasks related to PDF Next and workflows. 
  • Utilize Adobe PDF handlebars and JSON schemas. 
  • Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies, always looking for ways to enhance development processes.  
  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to help peers grow and improve.

  • Strong skills in Java and JavaScript. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with team members. 
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our solutions.  
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.  
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal performance.  
  • Passion for exploring new tools and technologies in the development space.
