We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Engineering PMO to support our Audience Targeting team. As a TPM,  you will significantly shape the future of our Audience Analytics and Targeting initiatives within the MNTN Performance TV advertising sphere. You will support with driving technical and product strategy, managing end-to-end execution, and delivering state-of-the-art products that align with the organization’s strategic goals, all while providing an agile framework of support for your development team to operate in and acting as the liaison between various stakeholder departments to provide frequent updates on all products and releases. Your ability to communicate effectively, juggle multiple projects at once, and work with a variety of personalities in a fast-paced environment, is key.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop product vision, define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Support with technical strategy, system architectural discussions, and making future-proof decisions that align with product strategy and vision.
  • Plan, track, and manage the execution of technical programs from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, proactively working with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Document the product/feature knowledge for consumption by other teams
  • Facilitate agile events, including, but not limited to: stand ups, parking lots, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, sprint plannings and/or retrospectives for your team
  • Engage with technical leads, product designers, engineers and testers to ensure tickets are properly detailed, prioritized and estimated
  • Track, analyze and story tell metrics, at the team-level, to help deliver consistent productivity and velocity value and forecast project estimation
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication of priorities, goals, and progress.
  • Provide clear and concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Work closely with UX, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of technical product/program management experience, in a data-driven reporting or audience targeting platform
  • Experience in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or client-facing SaaS platform is heavily preferred
  • Technical background or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) is a plus 
  • An understanding of data flows and basic purpose and usefulness of common terms and technologies, such as APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, etc
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to interpret datasets, generate insights, and create data-driven reports using SQL and analytics/BI tools
  • Experience driving and delivering complex technical programs or products from inception to delivery
  • Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms, and programs
  • Experience maintaining and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Scrum, Kanban and/or other agile development frameworks within cross-functional teams
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
  • Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk) is required
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or integrating AI technologies into products and workflows.
