Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, deconstructing technical issues where needed so development can quickly understand the issue, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout sprints by prioritizing backlog, answering questions and resolving challenges.
  • Lead weekly agile meetings with development teams to clarify requirements and refine user stories.
  • Represent the Product team in daily standup meetings and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance the product development process.
  • Translate product briefs and requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for internal and 3rd-party development teams.
  • Interact daily with Customer Success, Documentation, Product, DevOps & Development 

Requirements:

  • Hands-on/code-level experience with .NET or PHP development is required. Minimum 2-4 years experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Nice to have: healthcare integration HL7 experience
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and APIs.
  • Experience working with technical teams on highly complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and working with remote teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical teams and stakeholders. Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues to Devs and issue status to Customer Success teams.
  • Experience creating enablement artifacts such as release notes and training materials.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
